3 lb. boneless roast pork 5 to 6 whole cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. catsup 2 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet Stud meat with cloves. Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika and nutmeg. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. (high 4 to 6 hours) Remove roast. Juices may be thickened with 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water. Cook until thickened. |
