EL DORADO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
3-4 cans sm. diced green chiles
1 pkg. tortilla chips
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown beef. Add tomato sauce, onion, garlic salt and simmer 5 minutes. To skillet add black olives. In separate bowl add sour cream, cottage cheese and green chiles. Mix ingredients.

In oblong pan (spray with Pam or shortening). Crush tortilla chips layer on bottom of pan. Next add meat mixture. Next add sour cream mixture. Layer top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
