CHICKEN - FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 apple, cored & sliced
1 c. seedless grapes
3 c. diced cooked chicken
Whipped cream fruit dressing
Lettuce
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Dip apple slices in pineapple juice. Combine fruit and chicken. Chill. Add whipped cream fruit dressing and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce and top with almonds. Yield 6-8 servings.
