SALLY'S FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
2 c. diced celery
2 c. halved red or green seedless grapes
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients, toss well. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold into chicken mixture, blending well. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves and a garnish of fruits such as strawberries, cantaloupe and watermelon.
