FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. cut up cooked chicken, white meat
1 1/2 c. cut up mixed fruits (strawberries, peaches or nectarines)
1/3 c. vanilla flavored low fat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice

In bowl combine chicken and fruit. Scoop onto lettuce lined plate. Mix yogurt and orange juice, drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with sliced cantaloupe. Makes about 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
