CHICKEN WITH WHITE RICE 
1 whole chicken, cooked (I buy it already cooked at the deli)
3-4 cans chicken gravy
Onions
1 can baby fine peas (in the silver can)
2 bags white rice, cooked

Saute a whole pan of onions. Pick the meat off of the chicken. When onions are fully cooked, combine with the chicken and gravy. Stir. Add the peas and cook for 2-5 minutes. Serve over white rice. Tastes even better as leftovers. Serves 4-5.
