IMPOSSIBLE PIZZA PIE 
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
Sauce (below)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 oz. Hormel Pepperoni, sliced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle 2/3 cup onion and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in plate. Beat eggs, milk, and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread Sauce over top. Layer remaining ingredients on Sauce. Bake until cheese is light brown, 15-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings.

SAUCE:

Mix 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
