LEMON TEA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, 1 cup flour and confectioners' sugar. Press into pan, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except confectioners' sugar. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. 15 bars.
