LEMON MERINGUE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour

Cream 1 cup flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt together. Put into 9- inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat eggs slightly, add white sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons flour. Pour mixture over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
