PANCIT BIHON 
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 c. boiled pork, sliced
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 lg. carrot, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. parsley, minced
8 oz. pancit bihon (rice sticks), soaked in water and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pieces Chinese sausage, fried and thinly sliced diagonally
Scallions, chopped
