PARSLEYED POTATOES 
Slice new potatoes (as many as needed to serve)
Nature seasoned salt (as desired)
Small amount of regular salt (as desired)
Chopped onion (if desired)
Parsley

Place in microwave dish potatoes, onion, parsley and salt. Add 2/3 cups of water or 1 cup. Cook in microwave until tender stirring occasionally. Pour remaining water off. Add butter and stir well. Keep dish covered while cooking. If old potatoes are used I peel these. Use new potatoes with skins on or peel if you desire.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
