PARSLEY POTATOES 
4 potatoes equal size; peel and cut in quarters
1 lg. onion, cut up
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Pepper to taste

Toss all together; cover and bake for 45 minutes until cooked. Remove cover for last 10 to 15 minutes. If using new potatoes or red potatoes; do not peel.
