CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
2 or more c. diced chicken
3 c. chicken stock
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
5 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix onions, celery, sugar and soy sauce in stock. Cook until tender. Add chicken and bean sprouts. Thicken with flour. Serve over chow mein noodles. Yield: 2 to 3 servings.
