1 roll chili con carne (in grocer's frozen meat section)
Sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and warm to serving temperature over low heat, stirring often. Add water for thinner consistency. Serve with crisp tortilla chips.
