JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped dates
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust or frozen white crust

Mix all together well and pour in pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Very rich, cut in small pieces.
