CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
1 (7 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper chicken. Place skin side down. Spoon sauce over. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn and spoon more sauce over. Bake 30 minutes more.
