| BANANA COFFEE CAKE | |

2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 eggs 1 c. bananas, mashed (3 or 4) 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) Sift flour, soda, salt together. Mix 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon vinegar. Cream sugar, sour milk, eggs and bananas together. Gradually add flour mixture until all is blended. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. | |

In my oven it was perfectly done after 30 minutes. The cake turned out moist and delicious and easy to assemble with ingredients I always have around....thanks, I'll use it again.
