1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini morsels (chocolate chips)

Mix first five ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add chips. Spread into 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
