CHICKEN WITH HERB AND WINE SAUCE 
6 chicken cutlets
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 stick butter
Flour
Egg
Bread crumbs
1 c. white wine
Oregano, marjoram, salt & pepper

Flatten chicken cutlets. Put slice of Mozzarella cheese on cutlet and roll cutlet. Put roll in flour, eggs, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Melt butter on stove and add oregano, marjoram, salt, pepper. Pour over chicken, cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take foil off and add 1 cup white wine. Bake for another 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
