BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. minute rice
onion soup mix
1 medium frying chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Put rice on bottom of roaster. Put chicken in and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.

Bake about 2 hours at 350°F. You may add green pepper and celery, if desired.
