JELLO MOLD (WWERS) 
2 c. plain yogurt
2 c. (or 1 can) crushed pineapple (in own juice)
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkgs. sugar free Jello

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add yogurt, whisk into dissolve. Fold in pineapple. Pour into Pam sprayed mold (I use tupperware mold). Serves 8. 1/2 milk, 1/2 fruit and 8 opt. cals or 4 equals 1 cup servings equals 1 milk, 1 fruit and 16 cals.
