3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. apple juice
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. applesauce

Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, measure Raisin Bran, apple juice, and applesauce. Stir to combine. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups.
