BANANA SHAKERS 
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c. skim milk
1 c. vanilla frozen yogurt
2 ripe bananas (peeled, sliced, frozen)
2 tsp. vanilla

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and blend mixture until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
