PEACH CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie shell
Fresh peaches sliced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. cream
Nutmeg on top

Spread 3/4 dry mixture in pie shell, fill 1/2 peaches in sprinkle with remaining sugar and cornstarch then pour in cream.

Bake on 450 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees until peaches are tender.
