BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes (round steak is best)
1 clove garlic, split
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream

Dredge meat in flour. Brown in fry pan in butter. Add garlic, onion and seasonings. Cover and cook about 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.
