SUNDAY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan.

Mix flour, salt, paprika and onion flakes. Use to coat chicken. Arrange in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Dot with butter.

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until golden brown.
