FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. fresh sliced strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream

Crust: Mix together all ingredients and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Filling: Add eggs, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice. Beat on low speed about 2 minutes. Beat on high speed until peaks form. Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture. Spread 2/3 of crumbled baked mixture in 9x13 pan. Spoon strawberry mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut into squares. Top with fresh strawberries.
