MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated

Brown meat, add onion, olives, seasoning mix, and tomato sauce. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and set aside. Crush tortilla chips and place in 2 quart casserole. Cover with meat mixture. Spread creamy mixture on top. End with Jack cheese. Heat in 375 degree oven until bubbly about 30 minutes. Makes 8 generous servings.
