MEAT CHEESE PIE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt

TOP LAYER:

1/4 c. catsup
1 can mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)

Mix bottom layer ingredients and place into a 9" pie plate, bringing up on sides. Spread catsup over meat mixture. Drain the mushrooms and add. Sprinkle the cheese, oregano and Parmesan cheese over the top. (Pour off fat after baking.) Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4 to 5.
