COCONUT MACAROONS 
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
