MICROWAVE FUDGE | |
1 (1 lb.) pkg. 10X (confectioners') sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. pecan halves (optional) Line an 8x8x2 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Sift together 10X sugar and cocoa into a 2-quart baking dish. Add the evaporated milk and butter; do not stir. Place in microwave oven; cook for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Add vanilla; stir until all the ingredients are well blended. Turn fudge into aluminum foil-lined pan. Smooth top. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to set. Cut into 64 (1 inch) squares. Place pecan half on each square, if you wish. |
