MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. 10X (confectioners') sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecan halves (optional)

Line an 8x8x2 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

Sift together 10X sugar and cocoa into a 2-quart baking dish. Add the evaporated milk and butter; do not stir. Place in microwave oven; cook for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Add vanilla; stir until all the ingredients are well blended.

Turn fudge into aluminum foil-lined pan. Smooth top. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to set. Cut into 64 (1 inch) squares. Place pecan half on each square, if you wish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
