NORWEGIAN NUTS 
1 egg white, beaten frothy
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 lg. can mixed nuts
1 sm. can cashews
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix egg white, water, and nuts. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix until everything is well coated. Grease aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Spread mix evenly and bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour or until brown. Cool and break into pieces.

Note: Good for Holiday giving.
