CRANBERRY CAKE WITH BUTTER SAUCE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole washed cranberries
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add cranberries, milk, and melted butter; mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan one hour at 375 degrees. Serve warm. Serves 12.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cream

Melt butter, add sugar and cream. Bring to a boiling point and cook one minute.
