TUNA LOAF 
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 c. raw cream of wheat
6 1/2 oz. tuna
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed

Add milk to beaten egg. Stir in onion flakes and uncooked cream of wheat. Let stand while mixing together the remaining ingredients. Stir in the cream of wheat mixture. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Top with crushed cracker crumbs, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve plain or with a creamy mustard sauce. Serves 4.
