MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 boiled eggs
1 sm. cucumber
6 spring onions
1 diced fresh tomato
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook macaroni in salted water until tender, drain and rinse. Toss with other ingredients and chill.
