PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 graham cracker crust

Mix the first 7 ingredients. When mixed good, spoon into graham cracker crust. Freeze until ready to serve.

This can be made ahead; just cover really well to freeze.
