GINGER CHICKEN WINGS 
1 inch ginger, shredded
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry wine
2-3 lbs. chicken wings

Mix all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool down to lukewarm. Pour over chicken wings and marinate 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in a covered dish.
