GINGERED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. tamari sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. oil
Pepper

Toss the wings with the oil and 1/4 cup of the tamari sauce. Grate the ginger and combine with the remaining tamari. Heat the grill or broiler. Cook the wings until well browned, about 15 minutes. Toss with the ginger mixture and pepper.
