CHOCOLATE CHIP SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping.

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. In separate bowl sift flour and baking soda. In separate bowl combine milk and sour cream.

Alternate adding the milk and sour cream mixture, then the flour/baking soda mixture, until all used up. Add vanilla, then stir in chocolate chips.

Pour 1/2 of batter in a 13"x9"x2" greased and floured pan. Then sprinkle 1/2 of sugar topping mixture over this. Pour rest of batter on top. Then rest of sugar topping. NO ICING NEEDED. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
