1 c. dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. figs
1 c. prunes
1 c. sunflower seeds
Molasses
1 c. bran

Pit and chop dates, raisins, figs, prunes, and sunflower seeds. Add enough molasses and 1 cup bran to shape into balls and roll in coconut and sunflower seeds. Makes 2 dozen.
