DELICIOUS SOY SAUCE FRIED STEAK | |
La Choy brand soy sauce. white flour cubed steak cooking oil Recipe is great with a side of baby red potatoes and sour cream! Pour soy sauce and flour into separate bowls. Dip CUBED STEAK into soy sauce, shake off excess sauce and dip into flour, coating it completely. Stack steaks on a plate until you have prepared all of them to allow for marinating/sticking. Heat cooking oil (olive/vegetable/canola) in a large NON-STICK skillet (a little over medium heat). Fry 2-3 steaks at a time. When the tops of the steak become brown (opposed to white from the flour). Flip them and fry until inside is cooked thoroughly. Set steaks on a covered plate to drain the grease. Since it is cubed steak, it doesn't take long to cook. If you're using another type of steak, turn the heat lower and allow the steaks to fry longer on each side. Submitted by: Jamie |
