CHICKEN & RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni, cooked
1 lg. c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & rinsed
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Chopped purple onion to taste
Sliced green olives
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.

NOTE: Can all freshly grated Parmesan cheese to warm rice.
