CHICKEN BARBECUE 
6 chicken halves (3 chickens split)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper as desired
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. vinegar

One half hour before grilling, pat chicken pieces with olive oil, salt and pepper as desired. Combine butter, peanut butter, and chili powder. Mix together and warm to melting point. Add 1 tablespoon salt, black pepper, celery seed and vinegar. Heat but do not boil. Cool and add juice of 2 lemons. Baste well while cooking, usually 45 to 60 minutes.
