CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM SQUARES 
BASE:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 c. flour

Mix well. Press into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

CENTER:

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. white sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla, mix well. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then beat for 10 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy spread mixture over base.

Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream with a drop of vanilla and a small amount of sugar. Spread over chocolate mixture and refrigerate. Cut to size desired and serve.
