PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 large can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Cream pumpkin, eggs and sugar. Add salt and milk. Put in Pammed cake pan. Top with chopped nuts, if desired.

Topping:

2/3 box spice cake mix
chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top of that. Drizzle melted butter over everything and bake at 450°F for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
