COCOA FLUFF PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
1 lg. egg, separated
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Whipped cream garnish

Combine first 6 ingredients in top of double boiler and boil over hot water for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolk. Cook additional 10 minutes. Blend in butter and cool slightly. Add vanilla and fold in meringue made of egg white, cream of tartar and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle chopped walnuts around the edge. Chill for 2 or 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream.
