1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 tsp. flour
5 tsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter (opt.)

Pour into baked pie shell and let cool; spread egg whites, beaten stiff, over pie. Add 2 teaspoons sugar to each white as you beat with 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat stiff.
