CLAM LINGUINI 
3 cans clams
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch parsley
6 cloves garlic
3/4 lb. linguini or spaghetti

Drain liquid from clams and set aside. Saute garlic in olive oil; add clams. Do not saute clams long or they will turn rubbery. Add parsley and clam liquid; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour over cooked linguini or spaghetti.
