1 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 1/2 tbsp. onion flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/2 tsp. onion 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. celery seed 4 med. cucumbers, unpeeled and sliced 1/4 inches thick Place all ingredients except cucumbers in a quart jar. Shake until sugar is dissolved. Pack cucumber slices into jar. Cover with vinegar mixture. Store in refrigerator until used. |
