1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 c. finely crushed graham crackers 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 2 c. powdered sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 2 tbsp. butter Combine first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until butter melts. Stir in egg. Continue cooking until mixture is thick, about 3 minutes. Blend in crumbs and coconut. Press in 9 inch pan. Cream butter. Stir in milk, pudding mix, and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread on bars. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate and butter. Spread on cooled bars on top of pudding layer. Chill. |
